This practice helps your animal release accumulated stimulation from daily life; wherever you are.
Nothing to fix. Nothing to train.
Just settling the shared nervous system.
If your animal is nearby, simply notice them. No calling. No directing.
I invite you to watch the guided practice below.

Settling Together: Sit or stand comfortably. Place both feet on the floor. Rest your hands softly on your thighs. Take a slow inhale through your nose. And exhale gently through your mouth. Take another deep breath in. Let it out. Take another deep breath in. Let it out. Let your breath return to normal. Imagine your feet connecting to the beach. Grounding into this moment.
Silently say:
"I am bringing a moment of peace." "I am having a moment of presence." "For my animals and me."
Enjoy the sound of the ocean. Notice any softening in the space around you. Animals often respond subtly:
a sigh… stretching… moving closer… or peacefully resting apart.
Reflection: Before continuing your day, notice how your body feels now compared to when you began.
Even brief moments of regulation help animals release accumulated stress.
This practice can travel with you — at home, outdoors, or anywhere life takes you.
Thank you for sharing this moment with me and with your animal.
