As we close out another year, my heart is full of gratitude for you and the animals who bring such love and meaning into our lives. Whether I’ve supported you through healing sessions, classes, books, or simple moments of connection, please know: you and your beloved companions have truly brightened my year.
The holiday season can be magical—yet it can also be overwhelming for our pets. Changes in routine, guests, travel, decorations, and festive energy can create stress or confusion for even the most grounded animals.
So this year, I want to share with you something simple…

🐾 Trust their intuition: Animals sense shifts long before we do. Let them guide you toward moments of peace and presence.
