June is a fun month for me. It's my birthday month. It's nice getting together celebrating with friends and family. And I have an outdoor rock-climbing adventure planned with my climbing buddies who also have birthdays this month. We started that tradition last year.
June is also the month of the longest day of the year. In the Pacific Northwest, it's nice having daylight until nearly 10pm.
