Grapes: 100% Nebbiolo
Vine position: La Morra (CN)
Terroir: Clacareous Tufaceous
Yield for Hectare: 70 Q/HA
Harvest Period: Second ten days of October
Aging: In big barrel for 40 months and after that, in bottle for 6 months Serving temperature: 16°C /18°C
Notes: An Elegant and Complex hot wine with spicy notes, perferct with important dishes, such as stewed meat

Nebbiolo

Grapes: 100% Nebbiolo
Vine position: Castagnito (CN
Terroir: Sandyish
Yield for Hectare: 75 Q/HA
Harvest Period: First ten days of October
Aging: In stainless steel for 5 months, after that in small wooden vat for 9 months and finally in bottle for 3 months
Serving temperature: 16°C /18°C
Notes: A full body wine, with an intense aroma of spieces as vanilla. Perfect with important second courses.



Barbera

Grapes: 100% Barbera
Vine position: Dogliani (CN)
Terroir: Clacareous Tufaceous
Yield for Hectare: 80 Q/HA
Harvest Period: Second ten days of September
Aging: In stainless steel for 9 months after that in bottle for 3 months Serving temperature: 16°C /18°C
Notes: Ruby wine, with important notes of red fruits. Perfect with boiled and grilled meat, with roasts or stewed red meat, and with delicate game dishes

Arneis

Grapes: 100% Arneis
Vine position: Roero, Tanaro river left bank
Terroir: light and sandy soil with good permeability
Yield for Hectare: 80 Q/HA
Harvest Period: First ten days of Septemper
Maceration: 24 H of Cryomaceration then monitored fermentation
Aging: in stainless steel for 7 months and after that in bottle for 3 months
Serving temperature: 12°C /15°C
Notes: Excellent appetizer goes weel with Fish, cereals and vegetable dishes, fantastic with fresh cheeses


Prosecco Bolla Tea

Grapes: 100% Glera
Terroir: clay and limestone soil
Fermentation and Aging: Fermentation takes place at a temperature of 13 ° C and gives rise to a fine perlage to the eye and is particularly pleasant and soft on the palate. This technique also allows to obtain very delicate perfumes and intriguing flavors.
Serving temperature: 6 / 8 °C
Notes: Prosecco with a bright straw yellow color. Very fine and persistent perlage. The scent is distinctly fruity with flavors of apple, pear and a delicate hint of citrus fruit that fades into the floral, soft for the elegant melt of the foam on the palate. Tasty and persistent. Excellent opening wine, it is ideally matched with risotto of maritime tradition. Excellent also as an aperitif and a conversation wine
