| The FDA reported 515 dogs developing a type of Heart Disease called Dilated Cardiomyopathy (DCM), linked to diet.
They reported that this was linked to 'Grain Free' Dog Food, primarily those containing, peas and other legumes..
Since this initial report, more dogs have tested positive, but the 'link' between diet/dog food has not really been clarified.
And in fact some are claiming it's not such a concern
