Hi Friend,

'Tiny' the cat is not tiny.

In fact he is extremely overweight.

He weighs 30lbs!!

He was dropped off to an SPCA, and they are currently raising funds to pay for his food and have him lose weight.

It is estimated that 50% of North American pets are overweight or obese. But, many people don't see overweight pets as a problem.

Obesity is linked to MANY medical conditions:

arthritis

heart and lung disease

high blood pressure

decreased immune function

diabetes

liver disease

Pets that maintain an ideal body weight live 15% longer, and have far less incidence of disease.

Yes a fat cat and fat dog can be 'cute', but would you rather not have your pet live years longer?

I would.

There are many conventional things that you hear about weight loss, but I wanted to give you a few new things to try.

1. Carbs- cut them out.

ALL cat owners should stop the dry, carbohydrate loaded food and switch to higher protein canned food, make your own food, or feed raw.

If your dog is overweight, then focus on the same thing- cut out the carbohydrates.

2. Consider a little known seed- also used a marketing gimmick for children called Chia.

It is a seed extremely high in protein, and essential fatty acids.

When the seed is ingested it swells, giving you and your pet the sensation of feeling 'full'

Meaning it can provide some wonderful health benefits, and help your pet lose weight.

P.S. In my Inner Circle, members get specialty updated content on new and upcoming remedies, along with doses. Last weeks article was on Chia- with specifics on how to give it to your dog or cat.
