By the end of this seminar the audience will:
• Understand the importance of correct PPE usage to prevent exposure and spread of COVID19 infection
• Know which is the correct selection of PPE based on exposure risk
• Be able to explain the benefits of appropriate PPE use to patients and staff
1220-1240 - Dr. Santina Lee - COVID-19 and Pediatric Considerations
By the end of this seminar the audience will:
• Recognize the symptomatology and illness severity amongst pediatric patients with COVID-19
• Evaluate the risk of transmission of SARS-CoV-2 on playgrounds and in the environment
• Understand the evidence on vertical transmission of SARS-CoV-2
