SESSION 2 ON NOW! “A community of practice (CoP) is one tool that may enhance competencies and support practice change” (Baket el al. 2018). However, “If CoPs are to be cultivated to benefit healthcare organisations, there is a need to examine and understand their application to date” (Ranmuthugala et al, 2017).
Please join us in the March session of the CPD Journal Club - we would like to know your opinion on the role of communities of practice in educational development and healthcare performance.
