Expanding on concepts and skills developed through the individual “CBT for Alcohol Misuse and Other Substance Use Problems” foundational series, participants will partake in four 2-hour accredited webinar sessions, under the instruction of Dr. Richard Hawe, and will have the opportunity to learn how to apply Cognitive Behavioral Theory (CBT) to a group therapy format.

In light of the unexpected cancellation of Blood Disorders Day 2020 due to COVID-19, the BDD Planning Committee is still keen to offer you the remaining content we had originally planned for 2020 plus a few new topics – of your choosing. While still committed to providing ongoing blood disorder-related education, we recognize the changing landscape of CME during COVID times and want to ensure our efforts to deliver education will meet the needs of our audience.
