The steel supplier has finished their shop drawings and sent them back to our engineer for review. If everything looks good then the engineer will sign off on the drawings and they'll be able to give us a production schedule. We suspect production will take a few weeks, but we continue to move in the right direction.
We remain very grateful for the steadfast faith of all those whose gifts of
love and substance sustain our Church during this time of transition.
We are very glad to welcome old friends and new friends on Sundays on our
home campus. Watch this space as we give thanks together that God is clearing the way for us to go forward.
Our
beautiful new Church Home is being built for us in wisdom, love, and
divine timing and we are ready to receive it!

This Sunday: Leddy Hammock - Still Saying Grace? |
|
Highlights:
Based on lyrics from “I Made Room for Grace” on Sue Riley’s CD: “I Am Love”
When I stop resisting, I get what I needed – and so much more.
Rather than insisting on my own way, I open my arms in surrender.
Since I made room for grace, I just stepped aside and opened up a space.
Now the blessings arrive every day, since I made room for grace. |

Last Sunday's Shining Words:
“Enter the temple gates with praise, its courts with thanksgiving. Give thanks to God… whose love endures forever, whose faithfulness lasts through every age” (Ps 100).
“May the light of love be shining deep within your spirit. May the light of love be with you every day.” |

EFT - Tapping Group Meeting on Mondays Until November
|
|
|
Mondays
6:30 PM Zoom
What is Emotional Freedom Tapping (EFT)
Your body is more powerful than you may imagine, filled with life, energy, and a compelling ability for self-healing.
Like acupuncture and acupressure, Tapping is a set of techniques that utilize the body’s energy meridian points. You can stimulate these meridian points by tapping on them with your fingertips, literally tapping into your body’s own energy and healing power.
Gather with a great group of positive and supportive folks with healing in mind!

Wednesday Evening Spiritual Treatment |
|
Wednesdays
7:00-7:30 PM
Although Myrtle Fillmore passed to the invisible side of life some ninety-four years ago, the memories of her loving presence still inspire Unity students. Along with her husband, Charles, Myrtle Fillmore co-founded the Unity movement from the wealth of spiritual thoughts that radiated from "Mama Myrtle" (the name her co-workers lovingly called her), and continue to bless countless people, as she proved the universal Truth principles in her life and ministry of love.
Throughout the month of November, our prayer services at UCC are based on her writings pertaining to prosperity, harmony, and Thanksgiving in How to Let God Help You (published in 1956, compiled from her class notes in 1883 under the guidance of Emma Curtis Hopkins, who also inspired Emmet Fox along with the founders of Divine Science, Religious Science, the Homes of Truth movement by Annie Rix Militz (who inspired our Sr. Minister's first minister at the St . Louis Truth Center in the late 1940's, Dr. Emil C. Hartmann) and thousands of others, then and now.
We give thanks for Unity in this thanksgiving season! |

“If you look at the word ‘gratitude,’ it refers to an attitude of greatness. Grateful means full of greatness. Thankful means full of thankfulness. It deals, in other words, with something within you, rather than something without…. As Abraham Lincoln once said, ‘A man is about as happy as he makes up his mind to be.’ So, it is in the larger sense we are as grateful as we make up our minds to be; we are as thankful as we make up our minds to be…. In other words, the need is not to set things right; the need is to see things rightly, and the only way to see them rightly is to get your consciousness in tune with the divine flow. Then, you realize that you are one with the creative process, you are one with divine intelligence, you are one with all love” (Eric Butterworth, lecture at NYC Unity, ca. 1975. |
