We Are So Grateful! |
| | | | | The information that the steel supplier requested verification for has now been provided to them. We're trusting that they can review the info, approve it and get the steel for the footings and foundation back on their production schedule quickly.
We remain very grateful for the steadfast faith of all those whose gifts of
love and substance sustain our Church during this time of transition.
We are very glad to welcome old friends and new friends on Sundays on our
home campus. Watch this space as we give thanks together that God is clearing the way for us to go forward.
Our
beautiful new Church Home is being built for us in wisdom, love, and
divine timing and we are ready to receive it!

This Sunday: Sean Schrader - Adaptability |
|
Highlights:
From lyrics to “Here and Now” by Jana Stanfield and Paul Dolman:
It always seems there’s so much space between, Where I am and where I’d like to be, And yet when I stop to look around at the good life I have found, I can’t help but see. I have all that I need. Here and now, I have all that I need, here and now.
I’m always running half a step behind, the image of my life that’s in my mind, |
| And yet when I let myself slow down, I see beauty all around, And I’m reminded once again, I have all that I need.
Here and now, this is where I’m meant to be. And somehow, tomorrow, come what may,
I will be okay as I learn to love, here and now.
*Sean & Leddy - “outstanding in their fields” |
| | Sean Schrader is a lifelong resident of Clearwater, Florida, who believes that community engagement is the cornerstone of meaningful and lasting change. A two-time graduate of the University of South Florida (USF), he holds both an MBA (’24) and a bachelor’s degree in business management (’22). His journey has taken him from local boards to global forums, consistently rooted in service, action, and leadership.
Sean’s civic path began locally, where he served on the Clearwater Charter Review Committee, the St. Petersburg–Clearwater International Airport Noise Abatement Task Force, and the Clearwater Neighborhoods Coalition. In 2019, his volunteerism with the YMCA of the Suncoast earned him the President’s Volunteer Service Award.
In 2022, Sean became District Office Manager for former U.S. Congressman Charlie Crist, helping oversee district operations, community engagement, and casework support to ensure constituent issues with agencies like the IRS, SSA, and CMS were resolved. At USF St. Petersburg, he served as Campus Governor, a Millennium Fellow, and a student member of the USF Alumni Association Board of Directors. His leadership advancing sustainable development earned recognition from the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) and honors including the Golden Bull Award and the Muma College of Business “25 Under 25.”
Sean’s leadership continued nationally as President of the National Association of Graduate and Professional Students, representing over 500,000 graduate students, and as USA Country Coordinator for the Hult Prize Foundation, supporting student-led social enterprises across the country.
Internationally, Sean taught English in Japan in the fall of 2024 and returned as a USA Youth Ambassador at the 2025 World Expo in Osaka, where he welcomed more than one million visitors to the U.S. Pavilion. He also collaborates with Pentland Brands through the Pentland Collective, supports digital innovation with the World Summit Awards, and has partnered with National Geographic and The Nature Conservancy to promote youth-driven conservation solutions.
A seasoned speaker, Sean has delivered remarks at the World Bank Youth Summit, the UN ECOSOC Youth Forum, and the NATO Youth Summit, championing civil discourse, education, and sustainability. His work has been featured by CNN, U.S. News & World Report, and SiriusXM, and he has shared insights at institutions such as the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and Johns Hopkins University. A TEDx speaker and Global Goals Ambassador for the United Nations Association of the United States, Sean currently serves as Director of Partnerships for the Young Professionals in Foreign Policy (YPFP) Global Branch.
Sean is driven by service, and aspires to go to law school before pursuing a career as a Judge Advocate General in the U.S. Air Force. |

Last Sunday's Shining Words:
“… I called on the Lord; the Lord answered me and set me free” (Ps 118:5). “And all the people shall answer, ‘Amen!’” (Deut 27:5).
God is the Answer to whatever the question may be. |

Wednesday Evening Spiritual Treatment |
|
Wednesdays
7:00-7:30 PM
Although Myrtle Fillmore passed to the invisible side of life some ninety-four years ago, the memories of her loving presence still inspire Unity students. Along with her husband, Charles, Myrtle Fillmore co-founded the Unity movement from the wealth of spiritual thoughts that radiated from "Mama Myrtle" (the name her co-workers lovingly called her), and continue to bless countless people, as she proved the universal Truth principles in her life and ministry of love.
Throughout the month of November, our prayer services at UCC are based on her writings pertaining to prosperity, harmony, and Thanksgiving in How to Let God Help You (published in 1956, compiled from her class notes in 1883 under the guidance of Emma Curtis Hopkins, who also inspired Emmet Fox along with the founders of Divine Science, Religious Science, the Homes of Truth movement by Annie Rix Militz (who inspired our Sr. Minister's first minister at the St . Louis Truth Center in the late 1940's, Dr. Emil C. Hartmann) and thousands of others, then and now.
We give thanks for Unity in this thanksgiving season! |

"Adaptability, when viewed in the right perspective, allows for unforeseen challenges in pursuit of some divine goal to reorient one's perspective, and explore new pathways to achieving the same impactful result." – Sean Schrader
“Everything is right here, all that ever was or ever could be, simply waiting to be brought into manifestation ....” “Everything is right here ... waiting for our acceptance in faith, believing.” “The only limitation to the fulfilment of our desires and the answer to our prayers lies in the willingness to receive and express that which God has already prepared for us.” “As we hold fast to the Truth, in prayer, in faith, as we love it, and live it, we find our consciousness of good enlarged, right decisions being made, our days big with blessings, our steps safe and secure, and our lives strong and beautiful.” – Charles Fillmore, Cofounder of the Unity Movement |
|
|
OUR WEEKLY AFFIRMATION:
“I AM INNATELY ABLE TO ADAPT. HERE AND NOW, I HAVE ALL THAT I NEED.”
THANK YOU, GOD! |
