Before we can plan for success in 2021, we need to take stock of the
year that was. Review and reflection need to occur before you can do
effective planning. What are your numbers to date? What achievements or issues did you have? Are you surprised? Are you happy, sad, indifferent about what has occurred in your business? Why? Reviewing what has transpired in your business this year, reflecting on that, and asking illuminating questions will aid immensely in planning for 2021.
Clearly identifying and discussing what worked and didn't work in 2020 will help you see the lessons and learn from them. And 2020 has provided a lot of lessons!! Let Roxann and I guide you through doing a post-mortem on 2020 and using that to plan for success in 2021.
