Romaine lettuce topped with beef tips, bell peppers, Santa Fe Ranch, grape tomatoes, tortilla chips, corn and cheddar cheese. $10 Thursday
  
Ham and Cheese
  
Shaved ham topped with pepper jack cheese, horsey sauce, lettuce, tomato, and served on a pretzel roll. Choice of side.  $8  
  FridayCajun Shrimp Po Boy
  Fried Cajun spiced shrimp topped with Cajun tartar sauce, shredded lettuce, tomato, pickle,  and served on a French roll. Choice of side.  $10
