BEFORE our teleclass on Saturday, July 12, please do the following:
- Spend some time in nature. Find a place to sit in a wooded setting and just tune in. Notice whatever happens. Notice what you feel and what you experience. Journal your experience.
- Collect the following ‘live” items to use during and after our next class. Be sure to REFRIGERATE them and/or put them in water so they will be alive and in good condition for our class on July 12.
What and how to collect items:- Ask permission of the plant to take the item.
- If you FEEL a ‘no’ or don't feel anything, don’t take anything.
- If you FEEL a ‘yes’, you may take what you have requested.
- Get 3 leaves from 3 different trees.
- Get 2 flowers.
