I am following up because Kevin and I will be visiting in September, and I have not yet heard whether you would like us to include your centre in this year’s trip.


As we usually visit your centre each year, I did not want you to miss out simply because my earlier emails became lost among everything else happening in your inbox.


We are now finalising our September schedule, and the remaining spaces are limited. We can offer either:


• A one-off 30-minute Swaggie Kids music workshop
• Our five-day music program


Kevin brings all the instruments and equipment, so there is nothing for your educators to organise. The children can sing, move, explore rhythm and have the opportunity to play a range of real musical instruments.


Could you please reply and let me know whether you would like me to hold a place for your centre?


Even a quick “yes,” “no” or “send me the available dates” would help me finalise our plans.
