We are excited about our upcoming Journey to India retreat!
The Journey includes our yearly visit to the capital of Yoga, Mysuru, where we stay at the Ayurvedic resort and attend the glorious celebrations of Datta Jayanti with music resonating throughout the Ashrama.
Then we will travel southeast to ancient India where two major yoga lineages have their home, Adi Shankara and Ramana Maharshi. For those interested in the depth of yoga philosophy, you will enjoy visiting these highly respected ashramas and learning about their grand contribution to the field of Yoga. Renowned temples are located near our base in Puducherry where we will stay at Windflower.
In the 90s I traveled to these locations several times. So, why am I going again?!
