Manual lens alignment made easy

Scaled and centered

Centration measurement is often performed in reference to the edge of the mount or lens. For this purpose, the reference surface must be centered to the axis of rotation of the measuring instrument. A manual procedure is the method of choice here if it has to be done quickly and with a minimum of effort. In this video we show you the process on the OptiCentric® 101.

High precision centration testing

OptiCentric® 101

––––––

Users of our OptiCentric® 101 rely on its high accuracy for the optical centering inspection of single lenses and the alignment of lens systems.  It does not matter whether the sample has a small or large diameter, operates in the visual or infrared spectral range, is cemented, bonded or only needs to be measured: The modular OptiCentric® systems offer the optimum configuration for a wide range of applications and samples
