| | Injury Prevention Series Presented by Jennie Hansen - PT, DPT, CSCS, USAT Level 1. |
| | This two part clinic will focus on common injuries, how to avoid them, and what to do if you fall victim to an unfortunate training accident. Part One will be framed as a "Fact v. Fiction" in terms of what leads to athletic injuries. Part Two will be framed as "What to do at the first sign of injury", which focuses on exercise, prehab/rehab techniques, and training modifications.

| | Saturday Morning Bike/Run Brick Workouts Led by Jamie Treuthart |
| | Don't miss these intense brick workouts with Jamie Truethart! These workouts will consist of a 1 hour trainer ride and a 30 minute no-drop out and back run on the canal. Athletes of all levels are welcome to join.
All Classes will be held at Towpath Bike on Saturday Mornings January 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, and 31st. Workouts will begin at 8:30 am Brick Workouts are $10 per class Led by Jamie Treuthart
