Injury Prevention Series
Presented by Jennie Hansen - PT, DPT, CSCS, USAT Level 1.
Avoid the Sidelines by Preventing Injury
No one wants to miss a partial or full season because of something preventable.Join professional triathlete, personal trainer, and injury prevention guru Jennie Hansen for a two-part clinic focusing on common injuries, how to avoid them, and what to do if you fall victim to an unfortunate training accident. Part One will address the "Fact v. Fiction" of what leads to athletic injuries. Part Two will be framed as "What to do at the first sign of injury", emphasizing exercise, prehab/rehab techniques, and training modifications.

Saturday Morning Bike/Run Brick Workouts
Led by Jamie Treuthart
Start 2015 with a Brick
Don't miss these intense brick workouts with Jamie Truethart! These workouts will consist of a 1 hour trainer ride and a 30 minute no-drop out-and-back run on the canal path. Athletes of all levels are welcome. 

All Classes will be held at Towpath Bike on Saturday Mornings
January 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, and 31st.
Workouts will begin at
8:30 am
Brick Workouts are $10 per class
