Good Morning,
I just want to take a quick moment to share with you, and offer you a gift that you may find useful for yourself or someone you know.

This time of year is filled with transitions as students and educators are heading back to school, people are starting to fall into routines and abandoning those 'lazy days of summer'. We also begin to look ahead towards the fall and all of the activities, to-do's, and ect. that comes along with the changing of the seasons. This time of the year can be particularly challenging to those parents with high school seniors as everything is exciting and changing at the same time. This is also the case for those parents whose young adults are heading off to college.
Yesterday, I had the pleasure of sitting down with Kaitlyn Pratt at Good Day Atlanta and we discussed 'Adjusting to a new routine with grade school and college aged children.'  Click on the image to watch the video.
