| | Dear praying friends,
We recently asked for prayer and I wanted you to know how the Lord has answered.
1. We asked for prayer for a car for Jonathan and a friend has given us a wonderful price offer for a car he's selling. We're excited about this as it would provide a car for Jonathan for the summer, while he lives with us in KC, and then a car for teaching Matthew to drive as he starts classes at Calvary Bible College for the semester.
2. Thank you for praying for our two days of board meetings as the Roma Bible Society. I believe the Lord gave us clear direction and we are very excited about some new initiatives. Pictured here are Bob Hitching (Strategy Coordinator), Jelle Huisman (Research and Technology Coordinator) and Todd Price (Translation and Training Coordinator).
We're happy to welcome Joy Hill (our dear friend and former teammate in Bosnia) as our Executive Administrator. She plans to move from Australia to Budapest in the very near future, when the remainder of her financial support is pledged (she currently has 77%).

| One exciting project is a solar powered audio Bible which is being manufactured very inexpensively. Wouldn't it be fantastic to hand deliver these solar powered units to Roma villages with Bible text, songs and children's Bible stories recorded on to them? An incredible way to increase literacy is to combine these audio players with Bible texts or Bible stories (in the picture below Bob is practicing recording the story of creation in Bayash) so Roma learning to read could listen and following along with the book.
