While touring The Seed Company, we were led down a hallway with bookshelves full of Bibles translated into various languages. But then we came to the end of the hall and were struck by this scene described as follows:

"The bookshelves in this hallway hold Bible translations from the Wycliffe Global Alliance, including those from our organization. Seed Company continues to play an important role bringing the Living Scripture in the heart language of the people groups. This final set of shelves remains conspicuously empty--a symbol of the Scripture yet to be translated.

Today, about 4,500 of the world's 7,102 living languages still have Bible translation needs. And 1,778 languages don't have any Scripture at all--not one verse. The blank Bible here symbolizes that great need.

One day soon, this bookcase will be full."

Oct 12 Pray for a great time with Matthew home from MSU for fall break
Oct 13 Pray that our time with guests will be mutually encouraging
Oct 14 Praise God for our friends replacing our broken washing machine
Oct 15 Pray as we speak at Fellowship Bible Church (Oskaloosa, Iowa)
Oct 16 Praise God for time with friends who’ve lived in Hungary as missionaries
Oct 17 Praise God that Daniel & Ariela are good travelers each weekend
Oct 18 Praise for Kirsten’s friends’ families who hosted her when we traveled
Oct 19 Pray for accuracy in Bible translation for each Roma translator
Oct 20 Pray for a special time with Jonathan & fiancee, Cindy La, in St. Louis
Oct 21 Pray for safety in all of our travels
Oct 22 Pray as we speak at Heartland Church (Blue Springs, MO)
Oct 23 Pray for Natasha, Renata & Nedeljko in NW Croatia translating into Bayash
Oct 24 Pray for Djeno & Biljana in NE Croatian, translating into Chergash
Oct 25 Pray for Sasha & Kada (southern Serbia) translating into Arli
Oct 26 Pray for Goran & Emrush in southern Serbia translating into Gurbet 
Oct 27 Pray for translators in north central Croatia for the Ludari dialect
Oct 28 Pray for $1000 more per month for Stephen & Elizabeth to return to Hungary
Oct 29 Pray as we speak at Heritage Baptist Church, Oklahoma City
Oct 30 Pray for Timothy & Matthew in their college studies
Oct 31 Praise God, today is the 500th anniversary of the beginning of the Reformation
