I'm writing this from the gate at Chicago O'Hare as we wait to board our flight to London then on to Budapest. Here are a few praises and prayer requests:
1. Praise God for giving us (especially Pamala who pulled an all-nighter) strength and stamina to get all the packing and moving done.
2. Praise that we were able to check all our 23 suitcases through to Budapest without any problems.
3. Please pray that we'll be able to sleep, including the younger ones, on the plane. This entire journey is 33 hours including a 4 1/2 and a 6 1/2 hour layover.
4. Please pray our luggage arrives with us Budapest and that we have not problems with customs or lost luggage.
5. Praise God for Pam's sister, Kim and family, who helped with transport to the airport and also Timothy and Jonathan who helped us immensely with packing and moving.
