Praying the Scriptures; thinking about our return to Hungary      View this e-mail online if it doesn't display correctly.
Dear praying friends,

Believe it or not, in just eight short weeks, we will be returning to Hungary. We're beginning to focus on finishing up our visits here in the States and packing for our return. We've enjoyed seeing family and Ariela (pictured above) really enjoyed playing with the kittens on a recent visit to Pam's parents' home in Iowa. For more pics, see http://www.toddlprice.com/blog

Here are a few prayer requests and praise items.

1. Please pray for wisdom, strength, and stamina
as we pack up things to take to Hungary for our January 8 departure. Pray for wisdom what to take, what to move to our storage unit and skill in fitting everything in our luggage.

2. Kirsten (11) has had a wonderful time with friends in the States this furlough, so much so that she really does not want to return to Hungary. Please pray that the Lord will give her divine contentment (Phil. 4:11-13) and grace to take up her cross and follow Him across the ocean.

3. I've been thinking a lot about praying the Scriptures for world missions, and recently preached on that topic (click button below to hear the sermon). As part of that, I have been burdened to pray that "the Lord of the harvest will send forth laborers into His harvest" especially among the Roma. Here are a few specifics:

a. Pray for a new village, Vardarac, Croatia, where there are five Roma families eager to have home visits. Pray for laborers and for a Bible study to begin there.

b. Pray for our teammates back on the field who are working on producing a gospel comic book in three languages, Arli, Bayash and Serbian (the English cover is pictured below). Pray these can be distributed soon to all the Roma churches in Serbia.

c. Please continue to pray for Andrea, mother of 5 battling breast cancer in NY, that if the Lord wills, He will heal her and send her and her family back to Serbia to continue their work as laborers among the Roma.

Thank you for being there so we can share these requests with you!
