Yesterday we bought our tickets for Todd, Pamala, Daniel, and Ariela to go to Croatia for our summer outreach, June 10-20, 2026. We are speaking each weekend at supporting churches, inviting people to join us. We’d like to have firm commitments by the end of April.
We still do not have anyone else committed to joining us on the trip, but after speaking with our teammates in Croatia, they said they would still love to have us come. We will adjust the type of outreach we do to best accommodate the size of our team. Please pray for these specifics: Pray for Pam as she writes the curriculum and schedule for the summer outreach, to know which activities to include and for insight to write the Bible stories. We normally do ministry in two Roma villages in Croatia, and the team needs wisdom on whether to add a third village. It is larger than the other two, speaks both of the Roma languages we work with there, and yet we have not had ministry there before. Our teammates will be visiting the village and exploring options for ministry there. We have Roma friends who have family in that village. We now have films about the life of Christ in both languages used in the villages, Bayash and Ludari. Pray for wisdom and open doors to use these films for evangelism, so we can reach adults as well as children. Pray we can get permission to show the film in the community center. Pray for the Lord to provide the other summer teamers that he wants to join us. We normally have at least 4 others come with us. The cost is $1,000 per person, plus airfare (which is around $1,500 per person). We have recently been speaking at churches in Oklahoma and Iowa, and at Calvary University’s prayer meeting to recruit. Let us know if you or someone you know is interested in joining us.
