Bible translation progress is going well, although the pace is fast and very busy. On Wednesdays, I meet with the Gurbet language team, and we are close to halfway done with 1 Kings. On Thursdays, I meet with the Bayash language team, and we are more than halfway finished with the Gospel of Mark. On Fridays, I meet with the Macedonian Arli language team, and we recently finished Galatians and Ephesians.

Speaking of the Macedonian Arli team, the following encouraging quotes are from our translators Dzonotan (left) and Bajram (right, pictured above).

“When people hear God’s Word in their own language, it is easier for them to understand and accept it. Many express joy and gratitude that they can finally read and hear parts of the Bible in a language that is closest to them.”
