Thank you for your prayers for us. We have answers to share and some requests we would like you to pray for: Praise God that despite storms in Chicago that delayed our flight from Kansas City and would have caused us to miss our connection in London, we were able to board another flight through Charlotte, NC, instead. We and our previously checked bags were the last to board before that plane departed. We made it safely to Croatia on Tuesday, and our bags did as well. The summer teamers from the US and Hungary arrived safely on Thursday. We are pictured above eating supper together at the ministry house in Sisak, Croatia. As you may recall, this year we are seeking to add a third village to the places where we do outreach. However, we have been unable to firm up permission to show the Gospel of Luke film in that third village. Please pray we can make contact with the authorities there and get permission for the film showing. The film is a verse-by-verse rendering of several chapters of Luke in their Roma languages. Pray we will be warmly received in the other two villages as well, that we will have permission to show the film either outside or in the community center, and that if it is outside, it won’t rain and we can find a proper place to hang the screen and project the film.
