Making a Fresh Start!
Here we are again, a new month that holds new possibilities and opportunities to create a new beginning, right? If only it were that simple! Sometimes the pressure of making a change or embarking on something brand new in your life is too pressure-packed to get it launched at all. With that said, I invite you to take matters into your own hands and start on your own terms and not what a calendar is necessarily dictating. Because let's face it, if you're not truly ready to lose that last ten pounds, kick that pesky cigarette addiction, or change your unfulfilling career path, then your good intentions are unfortunately bound to fail.
So where do we start? I say look within. Most of our nagging issues and fears we face in life are manifestations of much deeper, core problems. Take the time to nurture those wounds that have been left unattended for so long because once you do, you'll be AMAZED at how everything that seemed askew will fall beautifully into place. Try incorporating some self-love into your day and quiet that talkative inner-critic (he/she has never had anything benefical to say anyway). Awaken your spirit through mediation and make a profound connection with something greater than you, which reminds me, don't forget to catch my next demonstration coming up on September 10th in Los Angeles at The Olympic Collections (see below for further info)!
Give yourself permission to get started when your heart and soul permits and rest assure that whatever you're facing can be remedied with the right mindset and without the "right" day. And with that in mind, you are already on the path to your fresh start!
