Happy November everyone! Can you believe 2025 is almost over? I hope you are having a great start to the holiday season - I know I am! I just got back from a weekend in Palm Springs. I began my trip with a really healing Spirit Circle at Urban Yoga. It was great to see all of you who attended and I am thankful that I was able to deliver so many helpful messages. It was nice to get away for a few days with my partner and dogs. The weather was prefect and I spent my weekend in the pool and biking around, looking at the amazing historical houses.
A few days later, I was at the home of Stephen Cloobeck, who is running for Governor for the state of California in 2026. I was honored to do an event for him and 100 people. I also did 3 days of sittings in the Beverly Hills area for his friends and the YPO Beverly Hills chapter. It has been a fun few weeks! I always say, the absolute best part of my job is being able to deliver healing and hope to as many people as I can.
I am always here for you to sit in person, over the phone, a group circle at your home, or you can come see me at one of my circles. I only have two more Spirit Circles coming up this year. The next one will be in LA and the last one will be in Laguna Niguel. You definitely do not want to miss these exciting events! My partner Kevin and I with Charlie Greene. Charlie is an amazing human being who started the incredible company "Remento". Charlie was just ten years old when his father was killed in 9/11. His father was the man on the airplane who said "lets rock and roll" and saved thousands of lives by busting open the cockpit. What an amazing man! Taking time in nature is a great way to step into balance. Going for a walk, spending time outside, observing the nature around you and feeling the sun on your skin, are all wonderful ways to regulate your nervous system. I encourage you to try and be in nature more. That could even mean just sitting in your back yard for your morning coffee, or going on a quick ten minute walk before starting your work. Movement and fresh air can go a long way! *Tim Braun is not a medical doctor and is only sharing these helpful hints as a recommendation from his personal experience.
