| | Hello and happy June! We are officially heading into summer here in Southern California, and as you can see from the photo, I am soaking up every bit of it! I love spending my downtime with my two dogs, Max and Toby. They are always reminding me to stay present and just enjoy the sunshine!
The middle of the year is a wonderful time to pause and check in with ourselves. The world can get so loud, but when we slow down, ground ourselves, and focus on gratitude, we create a peaceful energy that naturally ripples out to everyone around us.
I am thinking of each of you this month, and I am sending you all my deepest love and light! |
| | | A huge heartfelt thank you to everyone who donated clothing this past year! Last week, I went to Skid Row in Los Angeles to personally hand-deliver your donations. Because of you, we provided an incredible amount of clothing to people facing hard times, and I am so grateful for your support.
Your donations went directly where they were needed most. I brought clothes to a women's shelter, where they are given to women as a fresh start after they shower. I also visited a co-ed center on Skid Row and was able to drop off bags of clothes there. For the final few bags, I took a small wheeled cart down the sidewalks to individually place new pairs of shoes at peoples feet.
I would like to thank everyone who donated clothes while you were at my Orange County, Los Angeles and Palm Springs Spirit circles. The people I met were absolutely overjoyed just to receive a clean shirt or a pair of shoes. You made an enormous, beautiful difference in a lot of lives last week, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. |
