Hello everyone! I hope you are enjoying the end of the year and getting lots of rest! Today is my birthday and before I jump into birthday festivities, it was really important to me to reach out to you all and send a big thank you to each and every one of you!
Besides my health and family, it is truly one of the best birthday presents ever to be able to deliver healing messages to you all. As I look back on 2025, I find myself overwhelmed with gratitude. I am so blessed that I was able to deliver so many healing messages from Spirit to people who have been sitting with me for years, as well as so many new folks!
I have been doing this full-time work for over 27 years now, and I always end my year with sincere gratitude for everyone I have been blessed to meet. Wherever you are in the world, I am sending you tons of love, healing and blessings in the new year! |

Standing in Stephen Cloobeck's back yard, which was one of the most spectacular homes in Beverly Hills I have ever seen. He is running for Governor for the state of California in 2026. I was honored to do an event for him and 100 people. I also did 3 days of sittings in the Beverly Hills area for his friends and the YPO Beverly Hills chapter. It was a fun few days!

Enjoying my last Spirit Circle of 2025. There were lots of healing messages that night and it was a great way to end the year! In the spirit of giving, I decided to offer a buy one get one free deal on tickets for that event and it was so great to meet so many people who might not have been able to come if not for the special. I was also so touched by how many of you donated canned goods. We raised close to 90 pounds of food that was donated to Whittier Interfaith Food Center in my hometown of Whittier. Check out the photo below to see how grateful they were to receive the donation! It's so wonderful to give, not just during the holiday season. I encourage you all to give in any way you can this year. You never know whose life you are making a difference in! |

There are lots of resolutions that get made for the new year, but I always say, the best thing you can do, especially if you are tired, or overwhelmed, is to go back to basics. Make sure you are getting consistent and quality sleep. Put nutritious food in your body and hydrate. Take a shower, walk around outside, sit in silence, for even just a minute. I promise you, focusing on the basics, consistently is always a great place to start.
