For those familiar with my Spirit Circles, this offering is intentionally different. I will be holding a small group, 2 hour circle in my private office on February 21st from 11:00 AM–1:00 PM,
This will be open for up to six participants. This experience is open to individuals or mixed groups who may not know one another. Spirit will come forward organically and individually for those present, guided in real time, offering messages and healing insights to each person. This intimate gathering is a rare offering and will not be part of my regular schedule.

It is so important to honor our body, mind, and spirit by prioritizing rest and self-care without guilt. Speaking to ourselves with compassion, embracing where we are at on our journey, meditating, getting lots of rest, movement, drinking water, eating healthy, and time in nature, are all great ways to start your self care practice.
