It’s easy to feel like we have to do it all, but real progress comes from sustainable momentum, not constant overdrive. This month, pay attention to where you feel rushed or overcommitted. Give yourself permission to slow down and build in micro-pauses throughout your day. Taking a breath isn't losing momentum. It's how you protect your focus and keep moving forward without burning out.
