Constipation is when you have a very restricted bowel movement in a week which brings you some discomfort. To treat this ailment, do the following:

  1. Take lots of water to keep your body hydrated.

  2. Eat lots fiber rich foods.

  3. Eat less of foods that are rich in fat but low in fiber.
