We began offering extraordinary products some years back to support the spiritual work we do. When I decide to present a product to this group, I spend considerable effort making sure the product does what I it's supposed to. Usually I test market it to a small subsection of my email list before I send it to the entire list.
I always offer a satisfaction warranty, usually 30 days and I monitor how many people send it back. I can say that it's a very small percentage, usually 1% or less. I always get unsolicited emails from people raving about their personal experiences.

When we first offered it, I thought people would buy it for it's appearance because so many people love the idea of gold jewelry. But I kept getting emails from people who had already purchased the stainless pendants saying they thought the gold was stronger.
