Wynn: This question comes from Walt and it has to do with the idea that we are in a free will zone. He asks, are there other zones within the 3rd dimension perhaps with a little closer supervision? I guess we can figure out what he means with a little closer supervision and I would like to say, I know there are places with a lot of slavery and even our realm, even though it is called a free will zone, there seems to me that most people don't exercise free will very well. Perhaps a bigger question might be, what does it mean to exercise free will? We supposedly have it extended to us here.
Ra'An: An individual always has free will whether they are in 3rd dimension or higher or on another planet or here. There are certain perimeters however, that bind up a person's true free will. One of them is gross repeating patterns where they are bound to expressions of patterns from the past and they cannot see outside of those patterns to have a bigger box to choose from. Another is a person's initiative in overcoming suppression. An individual may give in to suppression and feel they do not have the ability to operate outside of the given guidelines of another individual who has a strong will and is projecting it over them. So there are all sorts of ranges of free will and what is meant by free will. One of the things an individual can do in opening their heart, is to begin to see other avenues of expression, so they do not feel so bound and sometimes frustrated by their gross repeating patterns or by the doctrines laid in on them by another.

How do we avoid jealousy, cunning and selfishness?
Ra'An: This is a problem within the third dimension. It is experienced not only by humans but it is experienced even by animals as you may may note at times when a dog tends to butt into the atmosphere and attempts to get one's attention. Also little children will chime in and attempt to get recognition. Each individual can recognize as they are in this state of jealousy that it is an uncomfortable position that it is a position of lack. It is a position of being desirous of something positive, which is the love and caring and the recognition of the surroundings of the individual, surrounding a person, to shine on a person and to revivify his matrix and to give recognition to this existence, so that he/she feels significant. The way that one may deals with this is to put one's self into situations where they do feel loved and they do feel cared for. Some individuals have a particular knack for including others and imparting this feeling they are cared for and loved and are significant. One can also within one's own heart forgive everyone's self for anything that they may feel that they have done wrong or not had the right outcome or have failed and to forgive their own self and to supply love to themselves. This is one of the ways one can handle jealousy. When one feels the feeling of jealousy and the feeling of lack one can then see how they could put themselves into another framework where they can remember a time when they did not feel jealousy, when someone gave them great love, when they did feel loved. They may ask for our presence and although it is at a very high frequency, we do impart love and we are an intelligent force and we do hear what the individuals intentions and thoughts are and we have no judgment and we do impart unconditional love.

Can you share with us what the astral plane is and how it helps us and how it connects with us?
Ra'An: The astral plane is a layer. It is a layer of energy surrounding the planet and each individual, and it contains within it, feedback from consensus reality. It is a medium in which spirits when they leave their body for astral travel can negotiate from point to point with lightening speed, within this plane. It is a medium which can transfer frequencies, resonances at lightening speed. The astral plane is our friend as it surrounds us and bathes us in an etheric light that enables third density beings to move out of their bodies into a medium which is closer to their complete spirit structure in which they can travel and send and receive messages and emotions and love.

questionL My parents were loving and caring but my siblings and I all have low esteem and low confidence issues. I may have passed this on to my daughter. What can I do to break this cycle for my grandson?
Ra'An: This is coming partly from the past track, and we look at individuals who come into your genetic line who may bring this, not entirely as a result of something you have passed on, but something that the group has attracted you together to work through, something that may the putting of a challenge there, to overcome the low self esteem. To just wave a magic wand over your own worth, and picture the dissolving of any doubting of your self worth from your past that you may have been given by others, and from your past that you may have somethings that you feel as a result you are not deserving. We give this a minute to extend forgiveness throughout your track and the elements that may be traveling with you. Forgiveness and release and it is in the end all totally explainable, and you in the end will know your worth as a treasure, a shining star, a jewel which has taken on elements of the lower frequencies to experience difficulty and to work through it in the 3rddensity realm. As we speak, we send you jewel like light, a treasure of vibration moving to reestablish your worth. When you picture your own worth and vitality and beauty and your treasure as a life force, then you can bestow it on your grandson and picture his vibrancy and this will convey. We send these vibrations to his family line to him.
