BPH, published in the medical journal Lancet, showed that beta-sitosterol
(found in saw palmetto) improved urine flow and reduced the amount of
residual urine remaining in the bladder.

Already, saw palmetto has a better track record than popular BPH meds…oh
yea, and no side effects were seen!

Technically a plant, the fruit of saw palmetto has been used as a form of
medicine to decrease or eliminate symptoms of an enlarged prostate for
hundreds if not thousands of years - as proven by ethnobotanists around the

As a natural sedative, it also promotes relaxation.

As an aphrodisiac, it enhances sex drive.

Cohen can diss saw palmetto all he wants…but it just makes him look
