Eligibility:  Most items are eligible, however large items and wine bottles are excluded from this program due to capacity constraints of the delivery driver vehicles. Your delivery location must be in Santa Rosa, as determined by Uber's software, not us.

How does it work? We will prepare the item(s) for pickup by Uber, and notify you once they have been picked up. So far they have been extremely fast to arrive for pickup. Our preparation of the items is typically done within 2 hours of ordering. Only available during business hours, therefore late orders may not be fulfilled until the following business day.

Doorstep Delivery:  All local delivery orders will be set up for porch delivery. If you have specific drop-off location instructions, please add them to the order comments. REQUIRING HANDOFF AT DELIVERY IS NOT AN OPTION AVAILABLE.

Afternoon Cutoff Time: Weekday orders received after 3 PM will be fulfilled the following morning after we open. Saturday orders after Noon will be fulfilled on the following business day.

Things you should consider with care:  If you cannot accept responsibility for a package left on your porch, please do no select Uber as your delivery option. If your order includes items requiring refrigeration (liquid yeast, bacteria, etc) they will be packed with ice pack and insulation so they will be safe for a few hours on your porch.
