Please visit us this coming Saturdayto try doctoring your current batch of wine or cider to find out if it can be improved with any common adjustments. We will have a table full of "magic powders" and "potions", cups and utensils as needed, to try an assortment of the most common additives used to adjust and improve finished wines and ciders: tartaric or malic acid, potassium bicarbonate, copper sulfate, gum arabic, tannins, and sweetener. Additionally, on the same day, you can drop off samples for discounted testing. $5 OFF Wine/Cider Lab Testing during "Doctoring Day". We hope this will be a good day for your beverages! |
