Hello Fermentation Friends,

This marathon pandemic and the e-commerce revolution have combined in a way that has required a lot of change from all of us. As a retailer working directly with the public, we have been undergoing continual pivoting and adapting in order to serve the community safely and as economically as can be managed in the circumstances. We have rolled out many new programs and offerings throughout the pandemic, some in the last few weeks alone. Our intention is to continue improving in any way available to ensure that you are successful with your crafts. We have placed a great deal of focus on our website content and functionality in the last two years, while maintaining the in-store availability of our friendly and knowledgeable staff at our Fermenter's Warehouse in Santa Rosa. Working with craft hobbyists is very different that selling groceries. It takes time, knowledge and attention to each customer's projects to help them be successful. Our appointment system, which we developed to provide for the public safety in response to COVID-19, has become a great way to connect you with our stuff----WITHOUT LINES! If you cannot come to our location, you can now schedule that same time with our staff to place an order over the phone. We believe the appointment system is the best way for us to maintain old-fashion, knowledge-based customer service in the new world of speed and e-commerce.

We are now making our staff available to you for Private Instruction. We hope this will offer our hobbyists more than a group class ever could. Private instruction takes place on premise at The Beverage People's Fermenters Warehouse, or by phone.

FREE Public Demos

Our free demos are back in action after a long pandemic hiatus. We host free talks on certain Saturday afternoons to give you all a chance to improve your knowledge base as our staff researches and develops new content for our store.

For each of these talks, one of our staff members will present a short 1/2 to 1 hour demo or discussion on a fermentation topic.
