The Tennessee Legislature will resume operations the week of May 25. Available on the TFA's news post is a 15 page list of bills that TFA has flagged for monitoring and engagement.

These bills include the Governor’s bill on permitless carry which is set to be heard on May 26 in the House Judiciary Committee. Please review the list of bills that are noticed for hearings next week and contact your legislators with comments regarding support or opposition. Attend the meetings if possible but make sure to speak with your legislators in advance if the bill is important to you.

Mark your calendars!  The TFALAC's annual event and auction which is intended to raise funds for the TFALAC (a state registered political action committee) in order to support pro-2nd Amendment candidates is August 9, 2020.  There is still time to get sponsorships, vendor tables, attendee tables and tickets.  Event will be at a new location this year with limited occupancy so act quickly to make sure you can participate!  Get information and tickets on the TFALAC's 2020 Event webpage.
