2022 Annual Event – Saturday, September 3, 2022
Committee Volunteers Needed
The annual event is a few weeks away. We need to organize a committee of volunteers to help with tasks leading up to the event as well as perhaps to the event itself.
Specific areas where there are opportunities for committee volunteers include to help with
- working a table for people to join/renew
- assisting merchandise sales
- assisting collecting funds for auction sales
- working/monitoring the silent auction tables and making sure people pay before taking items
- working on table decorations/content
- assisting with early morning (or Friday afternoon) setup (tablecloths, sponsor signage, unloading and setting out merchandise, table decorations) Need to be able to be onsite by perhaps 7am Saturday morning if we don’t do the setup on Friday afternoon.
- assisting with post-event breakdown, cleanup, disposal and packing merchandise back into trailer/vehicles (this will take about 2 hours with enough volunteers)

The TFALAC’s 2022 Annual Meeting and fund raiser will be held on Saturday, September 3, 2022.
