Representative Monty Fritts, who represents District 32 which includes parts of Loudon and Roane Counties, discusses questions on Red Flag Laws, the Governor’s call for a Special Session for Gun Control and measures that could be taken by the legislature to bolster the 2nd Amendment and safety concerns. #RedFlagDown
