Rep. 
Bud Hulsey
 is a Republican member of the Tennessee House of Representatives.  He 
represents District 2 which includes part of Sullivan County including 
Kingsport.  Rep. Hulsey is the Chairman of the House Criminal Justice 
Committee and a member of the Criminal Justice subcommittee.  He is also
 a member of the House Agriculture & National Resources Committee 
and its subcommittee and he is a member of the House Calendar and Rules 
Committee.  He is a retired law enforcement officer.
