The Tennessee Legislature is normally starting "the People's business" about this time of year but that will apparently be delayed in Tennessee this year because the Governor has called a special session to address education.  So, things like the status of your constitutionally protected rights are once again delayed.

However, we are excited to see that at least one real constitutional carry bill has been filed already.  In the January 7, 2021 edition of the TFA's podcasts effort, we discuss this bill and a few others that are already filed or need to be filed in the context of a look forward at what we might expect from the Legislature in 2021.
