Plaintiffs needed for possible lawsuit against the State of Tennessee over the infringement of constitutionally protected rights relative to the Second Amendment.

Litigators are presently preparing a lawsuit to be filed in state court against the State of Tennessee that will address gun free zones and whether the existence of those zones violation the constitution.

Two to five individuals are needed who are willing to be named plaintiffs in the case.  Here are the criteria:

1) Individuals who are a) concealed only permit holders, OR b) in the age bracket of 18-19.

2) Individual must actively carry or desire to carry a firearm for personal protection including in areas that are currently statutory gun free zones.

3) Individual must live or reside in Crockett, Gibson and/or Haywood counties.

If you meet all three of these conditions and would be willing to help in the fight by being a named plaintiff, contact johnharris @ tennesseefirearms.com

If you are willing to be a plaintiff in litigation on 2nd Amendment issues against the state of Tennessee but live in other "red" parts of the state, don't despair because additional lawsuits are being evaluated.

Finally, if you like the idea of filing these lawsuit to restore our rights particularly when Legislators have broken their constitutional oaths and campaign promises to do so, you can help in the following additional ways:

1) If you are a TFA member, please consider donating to help offset the legal costs and expenses.  The attorneys we are working with are offering some services "pro bono" within limits and others are offering reduced rates, but we still have legal expenses for filing fees, research fees, possible discovery and deposition costs, etc.   TFA Member Donations.  Any amount helps, large amounts help more.

2) If you are not a TFA member, joining TFA helps and once you join we can ask you for supplemental member donations.

3) If you have already done #1 or #2, then you can still contact your friends, family, people you see at the gun store or gun range, and people you don't really know but that are on your social media networks and let them know about this need and opportunity.

4) If you are an active YouTube or social media "activist", you can further help by discussing this need and promoting it.
