Erich Pratt, Senior Vice President for
Gun Owners of America, spoke for a second year in a row at the Tennessee Firearms Association Legislative Action Committee (
TFALAC)
2023 Annual Event. Mr. Pratt discusses the working relationship of GOA
and TFA in the battle in Tennessee, nationally and in the courts to
restore and protect the rights under the Second Amendment.
Mr. Pratt discusses the fact that the Second Amendment exists to make
sure that the civilians have access to the same categories of firearms
that are used by the military – just like was the case in 1791!
Mr. Pratt also discusses Bill “Lousy” Lee’s attempt to pass Red Flag laws in Tennessee.
