  Excludes from the exception, a motor vehicle, recreational vehicle, or motorized
  boat that is owned or leased by a governmental or private entity that has
  adopted a written policy prohibiting firearms or ammunition not required for
  employment within the motor vehicle, recreational vehicle, or motorized boat.

  person against whom force is used is a law enforcement officer.
