Dear Friend,
It has been a while since I sent an email out. I hope that you are well and living your dream. These are interesting times that we live in. I’m re-acquainting myself with Instagram. As social media goes, there are always updates and improvements. Sometimes social media platforms go away like MySpace and others. Facebook has had a lot of privacy issues and algorithm changes that are not always friendly. I must admit that I have not kept up with all of the social media changes lately, but I’m really enjoying Instagram! Two things that I have kept up with lately are politics and writing. I’m still working on two books but one is completed and will be published soon! Hallelujah!
I’m happy to announce that my latest book “On The Potter’s Wheel: Principles to Live by in a Crisis Driven World” will be released on April 26, 2019. I’m totally excited!
This project took a long time to complete because I was so emotionally connected to it. I remember revisiting the manuscript during the years and saying to myself “no, that’s not it,” I would re-write it again, again and again, and each time I would walk away from it because I was still too emotionally connected to it. I wanted to write it in a way that conveyed the story so that it would be beneficial to the reader. I’m so happy that I waited until it was right. Now, finally, it is completed and I’m glad that I took the time to allow God to lead me through the writing process.
The book is faith based and is about a loss that I suffered in my life. It chronicles the many lessons that I learned. My hope is that the reader will gain the insight that I gained from my experiences and be enriched with a deeper knowledge and understanding of God, especially in times of loss or difficulty when it seems like God is silent. It’s about reflection, introspection and how to recognize God’s plan for your life.
