Back in June of 2017 I finished writing my first book “You Are the Team – 6 Simple Ways Teammates Can Go from Good to Great.” Since that time, we have sold tens of thousands of copies (80,000+).
Every week I get emails from leaders who have read the book, love it, want to share it with their teams and ask if there is a course they could put their teams through. This excited me!
In writing You Are the Team, I thought a course would be great, but with so many things going on in my life it wasn’t a priority for me to create. However, I never imagined that so many would not only want it in the last year, but say they needed it – now! Wow.
So, here we are. The course is finished and ready to be launched, and I couldn’t be happier in the way it turned out. I feel it is a game changer for teams and nothing like it exists on the market. If you are a fan of the book, you will be an even bigger fan of the course 😊
